We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chantecaille purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
